So Alen (Aaden & Abby's social worker) just came over to see the kids for the month! We love him because he is very thorough and always lets us know what is going on! So when he came over he wanted to let us know what to expect at court in just 8 days! It looks like the court date will be continued until November possibly even December. When a family shares that there is Indian heritage in their family they are required to look into it because if its true the Indian tribe has a say in the adoption if they want! So of course the the family on the dad's side has stated they have Indian heritage! So that is what is holding us up now while we wait for a response from the tribe! Always something!
They did talk to the grandma in Australia! And she has asked for recent pictures of Aaden and Abby. I am praying they don't allow her to have them! And even though she knows they are being adopted out she accepts that but wants to have regular updates and pictures of them and wants to be able to send presents for holidays and birthdays! I really don't know if Jeremy or I want that! What do you think?
Other than that we are doing well! Evan has been gone just a little over a month now! The kids still ask about him every once and a while but we are doing well! Thank you so much for all your prayers and support! We have been so blessed during our loss! For those of you that don't know Jeremy found out that he has skin cancer on a few places on his chest! He had it removed a week ago on one spot and they other they are trying to get rid of it by using a cream! So we should know in about 7 more days if the cancer was all removed! Thats what we are praying for! Many of you have asked if we are still gonna try to have another baby! We are! We don't know how God will provide a baby for us but we believe it will happen! We are praying for a miracle and that I would be able to conceive our child! God is good and so able to do that!
